Site Supervisor - Soft Landscape Contracts

We’re looking for a Site Supervisor – Soft landscaping and Grounds Maintenance. You should have soft landscaping and supervisory experience, a CSCS card and a full valid driving licence.

As a J Paxman Landscapes Site Supervisor you’ll be involved with the creation of quality commercial and domestic landscapes and gardens, ensuring your workmanship is of a consistently high quality, completed on time and maintaining a professional approach to each project in line with JPL training, standards and due consideration of Health and Safety legislation.

This exciting, varied role requires previous landscaping experience and a hard-working, positive attitude, working outdoors within a like-minded team on varied soft landscaping and planting projects.

Job Details

    • Job Type: Permanent
    • Pay: £30,500.00-£33,000.00 per year
  • Benefits:

    • On-site parking

    • Landscaping: +5 years

Site Supervisor - Hard Landscape Contracts

We’re looking for a Site Supervisor -hard landscaping – someone with hard landscaping and supervisory experience, along with ability to operate and maintain plant including a 360 digger and dumper – CSCS card and a full valid driving licence essential.

As a J Paxman Landscapes Site Supervisor you’ll be involved with the creation of quality commercial and domestic landscapes and gardens, ensuring your workmanship is of a consistently high quality, completed on time and maintaining a professional approach to each project in line with JPL training, standards and due consideration of Health and Safety legislation.

Level 2 Landscape Operative: Apprenticeship 2026

J Paxman Landscapes has a rich history of developing horticultural and landscape apprentices through their in-house Landscape Apprenticeship Programme. The Recruitment team at J Paxman Landscapes is always keen to speak to eager-to-learn individuals who are looking for a trade or skill within the horticultural, landscaping or grounds maintenance sector.
