Soft landscaping: Business Park, Sheffield
Paxman Landscapes are on site at a new retail park in Sheffield, in the throes of its soft landscaping completion.
Due to start opening its first units this Summer (2018), St James Retail Park is a new shopping park in the south of Sheffield. Built on the former Norton College site, the scheme will house retail units including Aldi, Costa, TK Maxx and a M&S Foodhall.
The new £35m shopping centre in Sheffield is rapidly taking shape. The 420-space car park will soon benefit from Paxman Landscapes soft landscaping input, with tree planting, native hedging and ground cover along its flanks and avenues. There will also be a rain garden to improve drainage and appearance with natural planting.
Rootballed trees going in
Bulbs and grasses will form the ornamental planted section at the Park’s front entrance and will add to the overall naturally beautiful aspect of the completed park.
We will add images upon completion. This project is another of our collaborations with GMI Construction.
