It may be just a small planting job, but the attention detail is always there. Completed last week (October 2025) in just three days by a two-strong team for Mulberry Construction, there remains some planting and planters to complete.

Whilst the project was some distance from our usual projects in the North, we continue to support our clients and contractors where we can, and can recommend and sub-contract where required – keeping the quality, consistency and continuity of project management clean and precise.

The Brief and Works

The soft landscape team prepared the soil, weeded and spread peat-free compost across the beds before planting heavy standard rootballed trees (Betula, Prunus and Pinus), specimen shrubs supplied in 10-15 litre containers (Amelanchier and yellow and purple Phormium). The climbers were fixed on the new fencing before the low and ornamental shrubs were placed and bark applied throughout.
