PROJECT NEWS: Site Clearance at Skelton Gate, Leeds

Preparing for Phase II

The 170-acre former opencast colliery site at Skelton Gate, Leeds will see 1,800 new homes, a primary and secondary school, public open space and local amenities.

J Paxman Landscapes are already well underway with site clearance and vegetation management on site. The soft landscaping team are preparing the site for ground works and planting of woodland areas, amenity grass seeding and preparation of the main site entrance for a more pleasing approach to the ambitious new development.

J Paxman Landscapes are on site now, continuing the tree and vegetation clearance – all 1500 square metres – in earnest.
