York Business Park Phase I
The J Paxman Landscapes (JPL) team have new and long-standing contractor clients who call on them to bring their sites to a timely conclusion. That often means being on site at the very end of a project and making sure that all transit, parking and access areas are clean, presentable, practical and attractive.
At York Business Park, the team have been working diligently and safely through July to prepare all outlying landscaped areas for seeding. With this now complete, the resulting beds and verges will be managed on an ongoing basis by the JPL Maintenance Team to ensure its healthy establishment with their 12-month maintenance contract as the site enters Phase II.
